For Right Choice Conveyancing, we automated the reporting process to SortRefer – an online portal for mortgage intermediaries. HAAS Solutions built a middle layer API to handle all the case requests between SortRefer and Right Choice’s InTouch platform.
Solution
This project involved the creation of a new scripting for InTouch to trigger an update based on the relevant flag and date, and then fire the required Webhook call against the SortRefer API for a corresponding record update. We also provided an automatic log to track the results of each call to the SortRefer API.
